Sportsman’s Supply is looking for a strong team player that manages all aspects of the order processing cycle including database and order management, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service. This individual should be able to work independently and apply problem-solving processes into positive solutions. He/she must be goal oriented to meet performance metrics both for the customer and internally.

Order Processing Responsibilities and Duties:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies as needed
• Communicate with customers to confirm order details, address inquiries, and provide updates on order status
• Coordinate with various departments including sales, shipping, and inventory to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services, pricing, and promotions
• Assist in resolving any issues related to orders, including shipping delays, product availability, and billing discrepancies
• Generate reports and analyze data related to order processing metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Provide support to sales team as needed, including processing returns, issuing credits, and handling customer inquiries

Qualifications:

• BS degree or equivalent experience in business administration, logistics or related field preferred
• 2 years experience in order processing, customer service, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Work, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, NetSuite) a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
